After Delhi University, JNU Issues Major Directive; Urges Students to Stay Away from Abhijit Dipke’s ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ Protest
New Delhi, July 24: Following Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has also advised students against participating in the protest organized by Abhijit Dipke’s ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ (CJP) at Jantar Mantar.
After the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Delhi University, IIT Roorkee, and IIT Madras issued similar advisories, JNU has also appealed to its community to stay away from the gatherings at Jantar Mantar. This notice was issued under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit, who has held the position since 2022.
