BCCI to open new office in Delhi?

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is reportedly considering opening a new office at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The BCCI is currently headquartered at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. BCCI secretary Jai Shah and vice-president Rajiv Shukla on Monday visited the Arun Jaitley (formerly Ferozeshah Kotla ground) stadium in Delhi. At that time, he met Delhi District Cricket Association (DDCA) president Rohan Jaitley and inquired about the facilities at the stadium.

The DDCA had proposed to the BCCI to open a new office at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. It is said that he was ready to provide all the necessary facilities for the office.

When Anurag Thakur was the BCCI president, he used to work from the Janpath office in Delhi. C.K. Even when Khanna was the executive chairman, he used to work from this office. The office was later shifted from there, since then the BCCI has no office in Delhi.
