According to police sources, the accused were planning to kill him 10 times before. These shooters were following Baba Siddiqui at different locations in Bandra for the past one month. According to police officials, the accused were already instructed to attack Baba Siddiqui when he was in an open place.
Siddique was being saved because he was among his supporters
According to information received from police sources, the accused were waiting to attack Baba Siddiqui for about a month. But Baba Siddiqui was mostly with his party workers and supporters, so the accused could not attack him even if they wanted to. According to police sources, the accused were constantly following Baba Siddiqui. The accused were trying to find him alone or with fewer supporters.
Police arrested one accused from UP
Mumbai Police has arrested another accused involved in the murder of Baba Siddiqui. During the investigation of this murder, the police has arrested many accused earlier as well. Police has arrested one more accused from UP. Police is busy interrogating the arrested accused.
Recise was done between home and office in Bandra
According to the police, the accused had done recce of Baba Siddiqui before killing him. During this, they especially noted the time from the time Baba Siddiqui left his house to the time he went to his office. Police investigation has found that the accused were keeping an eye on Baba Siddiqui's movements even before the day they committed this crime.
