Both the doses were taken by over 10 lakh people in Nagpur

 Citizens above 18 years of age are being vaccinated from 166 different centers in the city. There are 19.73 lakh eligible citizens for vaccination in Nagpur. Out of this, 17.30 lakh citizens have taken the first dose and 10 lakh people have taken the second dose. The city received 27.33 lakh doses of the first and second doses. Nagpur Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan b. He appealed to the citizens to complete both the doses of vaccination as well as those who have not yet taken any dose to get their vaccinations.
According to the Municipal Health Department, vaccination campaign has been started in Nagpur from January 16. In the first phase, health workers, doctors and government employees were vaccinated. The senior citizens were then vaccinated against the disease. Now all citizens above 18 years of age are being vaccinated. Manpati is also vaccinating students, disabled persons, beggars and citizens who do not even have Aadhar card. According to the state government's health department, the 'Har Ghar Dastak' campaign has now been launched. Under this campaign, eligible citizens who are not vaccinated are being identified and motivated for vaccination. Citizens have also responded positively to the campaign. Efforts are being made by the municipality to give first and second doses to all eligible citizens in November.
