As the gates of both Wadgaon and Nand dams have been opened as required, the people living on the banks of the river Wana have been warned to be careful as the water of this dam is discharging into the river Wana.

With the opening of 3 gates of Wadgaon Dam and 7 gates of Nand Dam, the water from this dam will be discharged directly into the Vana river basin. Rajesh Dhumne urged the people on the banks of Wana river to take care of their own safety as the dam is currently full and it is necessary to discharge water from it.
