Nagpur, May 29: Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari has directed to complete the process of land acquisition from Gitanjali Chowk to Gandhisagar Lake Road in the city.
The meeting was held in the Commissioner's Hall. He said that funds have been received from the government for land acquisition. Citizens here will be paid according to the redireckoner rate. Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B directed to take action regarding land acquisition as soon as possible. He informed about the acquisition process done so far.
The meeting was attended by Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari, Deputy Mayor Manisha Dhavade, Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B., Deputy Commissioner Vijay Deshmukh, Corporation Secretary Dr. Ranjana Lade, Municipal Corporation Chief Engineer Pradip Khawale, Gandhibagh Zone Assistant Commissioner Ashok Patil, Executive Engineer Dhananjay Mendhulkar, Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) Hema Badhe were present.

The land records office and the town planning department of the corporation should carry out the necessary process in coordination with the necessary action regarding the consent letters received from the mayor.
