A Delhi court on Friday K. Kavita was sent to CBI custody for three days till April 15. Judge Kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue Court had given the order after hearing both the sides. CBI had arrested Kavita from Tihar Jail on Thursday and sought five days' custody on Friday, but the court granted only three days' custody.
The CBI has claimed, 'Kavita called the businessman on March 19 and met him in Hyderabad on March 20, where she cited contact with Kejriwal's team on the liquor policy.'
