Give internship opportunities to candidates in every government office – Eknath Shinde

-Five percent of sanctioned posts or at least one will get training opportunity
Mumbai, Dt. 25 :- Provide opportunity to eligible candidates as Internship - Trainee candidates in every Government Office in the State. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde directed here today that at least five percent of the sanctioned posts and at least one candidate will get training opportunity. This scheme has been favored as a beloved brother. The Chief Minister also said that all departments and systems including industry, skill development, cooperation, higher and technical education, cooperation, port development, transport should implement the scheme in coordination.

Implementation of Chief Minister Youth Work Training Scheme Chief Minister Shri. Shinde, Youth Welfare and Sports Minister Sanjay Bansode was reviewed at Sahyadri State Guest House.

Chief Minister Mr. Shinde said, the reflection of his plan seems to be reflected in the Union Budget as well. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for the industries to get skilled manpower. The candidate will get the opportunity to gain good experience. As a trainee, the candidate will be able to develop his skills and further, he will be able to choose a job, profession, industry that better suits his qualifications. This is the flagship scheme of the state. We are implementing such a scheme for the first time in the history of the state. The scheme will be successful if the youths get training opportunities on a large scale. All the departments have to make coordinated efforts for that. An easy system should be set up for registration of large number of candidates. Beneficiary candidates as well as industries also have to make efforts to come forward for registration. The Chief Minister also directed that good planning should be done for this.

Divisional Commissioners, Collectors, Chief Executive Officers of concerned Zilla Parishads should coordinate efforts to give opportunities to the candidates as trainees in various government offices including Municipalities, Municipalities, Panchayat Samiti, Zilla Parishads in the state. We are going to give stipend of 6 thousand rupees, 8 thousand rupees and 10 thousand rupees to these candidates according to their educational qualification. Therefore, along with industries, cooperative banks, agricultural cooperative credit institutions, a large number of trainees will get opportunities, for this, by listing such vacancies, the trainees can be immediately provided opportunities in those districts. For this registration should be done both online and offline. Chief Minister also directed that District Employment Offices, District Industry Center etc. should make efforts as a special matter.

Apprenticeship candidates will be given opportunities in all places from our government service centers in the state to independent authorities like CIDCO, MSRDC. Instructions were also given in this meeting to take immediate action by all these systems.

In the meeting, Principal Advisor of Chief Minister's Secretariat Manoj Saunik, Chief Secretary Sujata Saunik, Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Dr. i. S. Chahal, Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Vikas Kharge, Principal Secretary Brijesh Singh and secretaries of various departments, senior officials etc. were present. Secretary of Skill Development Department Ganesh Patil, Principal Secretary of Rural Development Department Eknath Dawle, Commissioner of Skill Development Nidhi Pandey-Chaudhary, Development Commissioner Dipendra Singh Kushwaha etc. informed about the implementation of the scheme on this occasion.
