Guardian Minister's visits to metropolitan and district centers
Nagpur, Dec 31: Nagpur is currently the center of the corona in the country. Vaccination is the most effective remedy in such cases. All citizens above 45 years of age will be vaccinated in the district from tomorrow. Therefore, the health system should pay close attention to the vaccination campaign along with the corona ban, appealed the Minister of Energy and Guardian Minister Dr. Nitin Raut did it here today.
Guardian Minister Dr. Nitin Raut visited the vaccination centers in Nagpur metropolitan and Nagpur rural areas from 10 am today. During this visit, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, Collector Ravindra Thackeray and others.
The Guardian Minister today visited Indira Gandhi Hospital in the metropolitan area, K. Katol Road area. T. Hospital, Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital and Research Center, Imamwada Isolation Center and Pachgaon Primary Health Center in Umred taluka.
During the visit, he interacted with the health workers present everywhere. He thanked the healthcare system for risking lives in the corona period and said that vaccination would be an effective initiative for protection against corona in the future. Therefore, it is expected that all citizens in the adult group who are most affected by Corona disease should be vaccinated. He also thanked the villagers of Pachgaon for their presence at the primary health center in large numbers for vaccination. Those who have been vaccinated should become brand ambassadors of vaccination and promote the safety of the vaccine in every village. Those who have not been vaccinated should also be urged to get vaccinated, as all citizens above the age of 45 will be vaccinated from tomorrow. He appealed to take advantage of it.
In Nagpur district, over three and a half lakh people have so far registered for vaccination. No untoward incident was reported anywhere. Vaccination did not cause any illness or damage to anyone's health. Therefore, vaccination is an effective means to protect against corona and everyone should be aware of their own vaccination, he appealed. Citizens were also given vaccination certificates at some of the centers.
