Hearing in South-West Vimsam election case


 Nagpur dt. 22- Devendra Fadnavis, the BJP candidate from South West Nagpur Assembly constituency, hid the information of 2 criminal cases pending against him in his election affidavit. Satish Uke had made the decision in the election officer and court. The case had gone to the Supreme Court.
 In that case, the First Class Magistrate Court No. 3 Nagpur held a hearing today and made the case to be witnessed. In it, the complainant Uke sought permission from his witnesses to examine the witnesses, but the court granted the permission and granted further hearing on October 30, 2021.
