In this scam, it was found that some irregularities were done in the distribution of cows and buffaloes.

All the financial deposits of the Municipal Corporation were in the Nationalist Bank, but after Commissioner Gupta joined the Municipal Corporation, according to which government rule, he kept all the deposits, i.e. deposits worth about Rs 200 to 250 crores for various government schemes, in this private bank, and in the same manner, he cashed the checks of the contractors by taking a percentage of 15 to 17 percent to cash the checks of the monopolists. The entire process has also remained controversial.
