Pipaldhara and Shirpur villages were deported at the same time

Nagpur dt. 11: - They say 'Gaav kari te rao na kari' .. The Ministry has taken notice of such an innovative experiment in Nagpur district. The tribal-dominated village of Pipaldhara, Shirpur, has controlled the corona through a combined struggle.
The group gram panchayat of Smt. Nalinitai Sherkure, the head of Pipaldhara gram panchayat in Hingana taluka, consists of four villages namely Katangadhara, Mandwa (Marwadi), Nagazari and Pipaldhara. Nalini Sherkure is the Sarpanch of this village ?? in her words this is the journey of Coronamukta village
“The first wave of corona was more contagious in the city. The village was not so serious. My group Gram Panchayat consists of four villages. In preparation for this, a meeting of the village vigilance committee was held. He discussed with the villagers a plan to keep Corona away. In fact, there was skepticism. But he tied the knot "..
“First of all, the government started announcing through the sound system to comply with the security triad that came to ban Corona. Realizing it was teamwork, they formed a group of young people between the ages of 18 and 25 in the village. At the same time, he created a village-wise WhatsApp group using social media positively. Recorded those entering and leaving the village. Gramsevaks and I also visited all the four villages from time to time. Twice a month I sprayed disinfectant and smoke. ”
"The government accepted the breath of the Sarpanch at his doorstep and visited and inspected it from time to time. Was in daily contact by phone. Arranged for corona testing in the village. Arranged in schools for segregation. All health facilities were provided to the segregated citizens, nutritious food was provided, and punitive action was taken against those who did not wear masks. Consistent awareness on personal hygiene did not result in a second wave in Nagazari. ”
As per the instructions of the government, weddings and religious ceremonies were also held with limited attendance. The administration was of great help to the villagers along with this work. The Kanholibara Primary Health Center provided free transport to the villagers through individual efforts from the general fund to make the vaccination available to the villagers. All these efforts have created awareness among the people and increased the rate of vaccination and kept my village corona free. My villagers and I are ready to face a possible third wave.
Success story of Shirpur
Even the 848-population gram panchayat of Shirpur in rural Nagpur did not allow Corona to set foot in the village. The second wave had swept through the countryside. But on the strength of collective efforts, the village made a successful journey of coronation. In the words of Sarpanch Gaurishankar Gajbhiye, the journey to the village free from corona
“Shirpur, Khairi and Bhuyari are the villages under Shirpur Gatgram Panchayat. Khairi is a village with a tribal population. Located on the banks of the river Vena, this village has an active participation of the citizens. Shirpur is near the forest. ”
"Strict adherence to corona prevention measures has kept the village corona-free.
The feeling of being the guardian of my village grew. Corona's infection was stopped when he was allowed to enter the village only after checking the people coming from outside the village. Also, the action taken against the people who left the house without any reason in the village has curbed the super spreader. ”
The villagers complied with "My family is my responsibility". Asha, Anganwadi worker, Talathi, who are the pillars of the rural health system, and the district administration cooperated. His collective victory means that Shirpur will remain free from corona and will remain so in the future.
