Prepare the system to prevent the spread of Omicron virus- Prajakta Lavangare

Nagpur, dt. 21: Omicron virus has been detected in the country and the state. Against this background, vaccination should be expedited by recognizing the potential danger and the objective should be achieved one hundred percent. Divisional Commissioner Prajakta Lavangare-Verma today directed the administration to equip all the ancillary matters including Kovid preventive measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
          In a meeting held in the auditorium of the Divisional Commissioner's Office, Mrs. Lavangare-Verma reviewed the department regarding measures and administration of Omicron virus. She was talking at the time. Nagpur District Collector R. Vimala, ZP Chief Executive Officer Yogesh Kumbhejkar, Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan b. District Collector and Chief Executive Officer of Wardha, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli along with Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Milind Salve, Deputy Director of Health Sanjay Jaiswal, Dean of Government Medical College Dr. Dr. Sudhir Gupta, Mayo Mrs. Tayde, etc. were present at the meeting.
      Patients with the Omicron variant are growing in 30 countries. Also, as Omicron patients have been found in the country and in the state, covid examination of every citizen coming from abroad should be made mandatory.
