The meeting was attended by Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari, Deputy Mayor Manisha Dhavade, ruling party leader Avinash Thackeray, Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B., Corporation Secretary Dr. Ranjana Lade, Municipal Corporation Chief Engineer Pradip Khawale, Superintendent Engineer Ajay Pohekar, Assistant Director Town Planning Hershal Gedam, Gandhibagh Zone Assistant Commissioner Ashok Patil, Executive Engineer Dhananjay Mendhulkar, Deputy Collector Hema Badhe were present.

The land records office and the town planning department of the corporation should carry out the necessary process in coordination with the necessary action regarding the consent letters received from the mayor.
