Revenue Minister inspects Panand road in Katol taluka
Nagpur, Dec. 30: Farmers desperately need a road from their fields to the market so that they can transport their produce to the market on time. With the aim of removing this problem of farmers, under this scheme, we have approved a total of 649 works in all thirteen talukas of the district and have given start orders for 491 of them. Revenue Minister and Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule directed that the works undertaken should be completed keeping in mind the quality criteria.
Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule personally inspected the one kilometer Panand road from Naigaon to Khangaon in Katol taluka. He said that we have set the goal of providing at least a dirt road to every farmer in the state. He expressed satisfaction that the farmers are coming forward on their own without raising any controversy.
Under this scheme, a total of 649 Panand road works have been approved in the district, including 30 in Bhiwapur taluka, 31 in Hingna taluka, 27 in Kalmeshwar taluka, 55 in Kamthi taluka, 58 in Katol taluka, 73 in Kuhi taluka, 77 in Mouda taluka, 43 in Nagpur taluka, 57 in Narkhed taluka, 23 in Parshivni taluka, 32 in Ramtek taluka, 92 in Saoner taluka, and 51 in Umred taluka.

Visited the camp being run under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Swa campaign in Bhishnur, Narkhed taluka and questioned the citizens. On this occasion, Sub-Divisional Officer Piyush Chiwande, Tehsildar Umesh Khodke, Group Development Officer Nilesh Wankhede and other officers were present along with him. In this village level camp, 161 citizens were provided the benefits of various schemes.
