ST Bus Carrying School Students Plunges in Baramati's Supe Ghat; Many Injured; Yugendra Pawar Rushes to the Scene

Baramati: A severe accident occurred this morning in the Supe Ghat area of ??Baramati taluka. An ST (State Transport) bus carrying students from the Vidya Pratishthan school veered off the road and plunged down after the driver lost control. Many school students were injured in the incident, causing immediate alarm in the area.
According to reports, the bus was transporting Vidya Pratishthan students from Chaufula towards Supe. While negotiating a curve in the Supe Ghat, the driver suddenly lost control of the vehicle; the bus broke through the safety barrier and plunged off the roadside. The overturning of the bus sparked panic and an outcry among the students inside.
Alerted by the sound of the crash, local villagers and nearby travelers rushed to the scene to provide immediate assistance. The injured students were promptly rescued from the bus and admitted to a nearby private hospital for treatment. A medical team is currently treating the injured students, and fortunately, there have been no reports of any fatalities so far.
Meanwhile, upon learning of the severe accident, Yugendra Pawar of the NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar faction) immediately visited the site to assess the situation. He also visited the hospital to inquire about the condition of the injured students and instructed the hospital administration to ensure they received proper medical care.
