Supreme Court delivers justice after 14 years of judicial struggle

Nagpur, Dec. 4: Mrs. Rukminibai Dhavad Vidyaniketan School of Rajarshi Shahu Chhatrapati Shikshan Sanstha at Dabha. Mrs. Mangala Rajesh Mankar, the headmistress of this school got permanent appointment in 1999 after two years. He was unjustly retired by the organization in 2007. Teacher MLA Nago Ganar said that after 14 years of litigation, justice was served by the Supreme Court.
 Mrs. Mankar was popular among students and fellow teachers. This is exactly what bothered the office bearers of the organization. In 2007, the colonists released the service for various reasons.
Due to this persecution, the headmistress Mrs. Mankar had to face financial crisis. The money was literally squandered. There was mental distress.
He was hit many times. The family had a road accident in 2011. The husband and daughter were seriously injured. His only daughter died of a debilitating illness on August 2, 2020. This crisis was caused due to lack of money and proper treatment. Close relatives left him. No one's support.
The family had to face mental and financial crisis.
