Nagpur Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B. inaugurated the cycle rally organized on the occasion of World Car Free Day. Did this morning at the Ladies Club, Civil Lines. The cycle rally was jointly organized by Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur Police, Nagpur Smart and Sustainable City Development Corporation, Nagpur Metro, Mills and Millers, Cycle for Change, India Pedals, Laughter Rider and Runners. The message of environmental protection, use of environmentally friendly vehicles, use of public transport and environmental conservation along with good health was conveyed through this cycle rally.
Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan b. He appealed to the citizens to use public transport. He said that this is an important initiative in terms of reducing pollution in the city by promoting eco-friendly transport system in Nagpur city. Metro rail for transportation in Nagpur, using your bus to get rid of vehicle pollution in Nagpur requires the cooperation of citizens.
