Akshay Shinde encounter case; High Court orders to register a case against the police involved

Mumbai News: A major update has come out in the Akshay Shinde encounter case, accused in the sexual assault case of school girls in Badlapur. The Bombay High Court has ordered to register a case against the police involved in the encounter. A special investigation team will investigate the Akshay Shinde encounter case.
Instructions have also been given to set up a special investigation team under the supervision of Mumbai Crime Branch Joint Commissioner of Police Lakhmi Gautam. The High Court has ordered to investigate from all sides.
However, the High Court has rejected the state government's request to stay this order. The state government had sought a stay on the order to challenge the verdict in the Supreme Court.
After Akshay Shinde's encounter, his father had filed a petition in the High Court in this matter. At this time, Akshay Shinde's father had made serious allegations against the police. He had claimed that Akshay's encounter was not an encounter but a planned conspiracy.
The details are that the encounter of Akshay Shinde, accused in the Badlapur atrocity case, was fake and five policemen were claimed to be responsible for it. The police fired at Akshay Shinde in self-defense after he opened fire, in which the accused was claimed to have died. However, it has been clarified that Akshay's handprints were not found on the gun claimed by the police. Therefore, this claim of the police turned out to be false.
