Instructions for action to the Collector

Prohibition orders were issued in the districts under the Prevention Act 1897. Follow them. Such clear instructions are given by the Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjeev Kumar has given it to all the District Collectors of the department.
The prevalence of corona virus is increasing rapidly. Accordingly, in a video conferencing held on 16 February 2021, the Chief Minister directed to take immediate measures to prevent the outbreak of Corona virus. Accordingly, the Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjeev Kumar has issued the following guidelines for all the districts in Nagpur division. Those who do not strictly follow these guidelines should be prosecuted under the Disaster Management Act, he said in a statement.
The use of masks will be mandatory otherwise penalties, social distinguishing and use of sanitizer, presence of more than 50 persons at the wedding ceremony is prohibited, all persons present at the wedding ceremony are required to wear masks, use sanitizer, observe social distance. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the concerned Collector should hold the concerned hall, lawn owner responsible and revoke the license of the hall or lawn and take necessary action against them under Section 188, Disaster Management Act of IPC.
Attendance of more than 20 persons for the funeral is prohibited. It is mandatory for all persons present for the funeral to wear masks, use sanitizer, and observe social distance. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the concerned Collector should take necessary action against them under Section 188 of the IPC, Disaster Management Act.
On the occasion of the gathering of various social, cultural, political, sports and all kinds of other persons, a large number of people gathered at the event in accordance with the above mentioned instructions of the Government.
Has been banned. Attendees will be required to maintain social distance and wear masks. If not found, the persons concerned will be liable to punishment / penalty, immediate action should be taken against them as per rules.
Patients affected by corona who have undergone home quarantine-isolation should not go out of the house and also follow the quarantine rules, if the patient is found walking outside, the concerned Collector should take necessary action against him under the relevant Disaster Management Act.
If a private doctor finds a patient with an illness like ILI (Influenza like liness), he or she should immediately report it to the nearest primary health center or government medical hospital-control room. Concerned patients should also be instructed to undergo Corona Test (Antigen Test, RTPCR). Care should be taken to ensure that these are strictly followed.
If a patient has symptoms of covid at a private hospital where a CT-scan is performed, information about the rune should be provided at the Government Medical Hospital / Control Room. If the information is not given, the concerned Runalaya will be eligible for action.
Restaurant / Hotel / Restaurant has been ordered to start at 50% capacity. Strict adherence to the terms and conditions laid down in this regard, which is a violation of the hotel-resort owner.
The concerned Collector should take punitive action against them.
Covid Care Center should be started for those who do not have facilities for home isolation.
Care should be taken not to deviate from the Containment Zone.
Care should be taken to ensure that the covid test is at least three times the number as on 13 February 2021. Contact Tracing should be at least twenty per patient.
Rapid antigen testing should be done on regular contact super vendors (vendors / shopkeepers / auto drivers / milk distributors etc.).
All the organizations should immediately review the available equipment and machinery for inspection and treatment and rectify the errors.
Spraying programs should be implemented on a large scale for regular disinfection of public use places like bus stations, railway stations, toilets.
