Malegaon Bomb Blast Case, If No One Is Guilty, Who Killed 6 People? : Prakash Ambedkar

Malegaon Bomb Blast:-Raising serious questions on the investigation into the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi leader Adv. Prakash Ambedkar has strongly criticized the role of the NIA and other investigative agencies. "If there is no one guilty in this case, then who killed the six citizens?" he has directly asked. He has raised serious questions by posting on the social media 'X'.
Why did the NIA change its position in the investigation? Until this question is answered, the truth will never come out! Where are the documents of the investigation started by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) led by the late IPS Hemant Karkare? Can the NIA explain why they started a new investigation when the existing theory is being used? Prakash Ambedkar has raised this question.
Why did most of the witnesses, including some serving army officers who had knowledge of several meetings between the accused, finally turn themselves in court? If these witnesses were lying initially, why didn't the government prosecutors file a charge of perjury against any of them?, he also raised serious questions.
He said that if the ATS had fake evidence, why didn't the NIA court hold the officers responsible for the flawed investigation and order a departmental inquiry? These questions need answers! Otherwise, as per the erstwhile Manu Act, no Brahmin will be convicted? Otherwise, he also made a serious allegation that the RSS and its affiliated members will never be convicted.
Six people were killed and many injured in the 2008 bomb blast in Malegaon. Initially, the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) under the leadership of the then chief Hemant Karkare investigated and arrested some accused associated with Hindutva organisations. However, after the investigation was transferred to the NIA in 2011, it changed its direction a few years later and gave a clean chit to many accused.
Even after 15 years, the truth has not come out in this case. Many witnesses have turned over, charges have been changed, and the investigating agencies have constantly changed their stance, which has created room for doubt in the minds of the public, said Prakash Ambedkar.
