"Tribute to Baban Walke by Journalists"
Nagpur, 25th August: Upholding the tradition of the combative journalism of the late Baban Walke will be the true tribute to him, said Nagpur Division's Information Commissioner Rahul Pandey today.
He was speaking as the president of the condolence meeting organized by various journalist organizations.
On this occasion, S.N. Vinod, Pradeepkumar Maitre, Shirish Borkar, Brahmashankar Tripathi, Vishwas Indurkar, Prabhakar Dupare, Manish Soni, Sangeeta Mahajan, Varsha Basu, Bhagwat Landge, along with Ashok Dhote, Baba Shelke, Bhaiyyaji Khairkar, Anil Gadekar, S.P. Singh, and others expressed their condolences. The condolence meeting was conducted by Vinod Deshmukh.
Many, including Bal Kulkarni, Vivek Puradbhat, Moreshwar Manapure, Vasant Sane, Paritosh Pramanik, Abhishek Tiwari, Arun Asatkar, and Sanjib Ganguli, were present at the tribute program.
