The pass percentage of boys is 93.14 percent and that of boys is 87.63 percent. In Nagpur division, Gondia district got the highest percentage of 93.43 percent.
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur and Konkan, through nine departmental boards, held from February 21 to March 21, 2023, released the Higher Secondary Certificate (Class 12th) examination online today. The method was published on the authorized signposts of the corporation. Or a total of 14 lakh 16 thousand 371 students would have appeared for the examination in science, arts, commerce and business streams, or 12 lakh 92 thousand 468 students would have passed and the pass percentage is 91.25 percent.
A total of 1 lakh 52 thousand 121 students would have been admitted in the Science, Arts, Commerce and Vocational streams of the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Nagpur for the examinations, or 1 lakh 37 thousand 455 students would have passed and the pass percentage is 90.35 percent. Out of the total students passed, 67 thousand 442 are male and 70 thousand 6 are female. Accordingly, the pass percentage of girls is 93.14 percent and that of boys is 87.63 percent.
Among the six districts of Nagpur division, Gondia district has got the highest percentage of 93.43 per cent. While 95.64 percent girls and 91.32 percent boys have passed. The result of Gadchiroli district is 92.72 percent. The pass percentage of girls is 94.70 percent and that of boys is 90.83 percent. The result of Bhandara district is 92.19 percent. While 95.50 percent girls and 89.16 percent boys have passed. The pass percentage of Chandrapur district is 90.69 percent. The pass percentage of girls is 93.39 percent and that of boys is 88.03 percent. The result of Nagpur district is 89.81 percent. In this, 92.41 percent girls and 87.21 percent boys have passed. The result of Wardha district is 84.51 percent. The pass percentage of girls and boys is 89.04 percent and that of boys is 80.11 percent as reported by Nagpur Divisional Commissioner.
In Nagpur division, 6 thousand 748 students have passed with proficiency (more than 75 percent marks). The number of students who passed in first division (60 to 74 percent marks) are 32 thousand 454. There are 71 thousand 359 students in second division (45 to 59 percent marks) and 26 thousand 894 students who passed in third division.
In today's results, the combined result of the regular students of the nine departmental circles is 91.25 percent and the overall result of the re-examination students is 44.33 percent. The pass out of the students admitted as private students is 82.39 percent. Science stream has passed 96.09 percent, arts stream 84.05 percent, commerce stream 90.42 percent, business course stream 89.25 percent and ITI stream 90.84 percent.
