The caterer preparing or supplying food for the event must hold a valid license or registration for the specific type of food business. Organizers have been instructed to arrange for food distribution through caterers who possess a valid license whenever possible.
**FDA Officials to Inspect Event Venues**
Based on the information provided by the organizers, Food Safety Officers may physically visit the venue to inspect whether food safety regulations are being followed.
