The girl who committed suicide has been identified as Nandini Mahesh Lanjewar (15). On February 21, Nandini was scolded by her mother over the issue of her going to school. Also told about studying as the exam is near. Nandini got angry due to this reason. She consumed the poison around 1 pm in a fit of rage. After this her condition worsened. When she told her parents about this, they were shocked.
They immediately admitted her to the hospital. She was undergoing treatment for the last four days. However, she died at 2.10 pm on Sunday. She has a younger sister who was also traumatized. A case of sudden death has been registered at Kalmana police station on the suggestion of her father.
