District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Itankar would automatically go to various areas keeping the situation in mind. With the help of the Municipal Corporation and the District Emergency Management Authority, necessary help was provided to the citizens in distress. The traffic which got disrupted in the morning due to rain came back to normal by 12.00 noon. District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Itankar presented gifts to many people in the city.
In rural Nagpur, people would have been lying in many places due to rain water entering the village. In Kamthi talukya, 15 people at Khedi, 12 people at Pavangaon, 10 people at Mahalgaon were trapped due to water in their homes or their premises. Took them to a safe place. 5 people in Hingana taluk of Wagdhara were born on the banks of river Vena. The solution was brought through SDRF or by individuals at their own convenience. 21 houses in Kuhi taluka, 16 houses in Bhiwapur and 10 houses in Mauda fell. At some places, the Revenue Department team comes directly to the site and completes the Panchnama and other processes.
