“Mahayuti’s victory in Vidarbha is certain”; Bawankule also clarifies stance on Raut’s allegations

Nagpur/Mumbai: Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has sharply criticized the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) faction. Targeting Uddhav Thackeray and Aaditya Thackeray, he stated, “Instead of attempting damage control, the Thackerays need to engage in introspection.”
Commenting on the growing discontent within the Shiv Sena, Bawankule said, “Rather than identifying the causes of internal dissatisfaction and finding solutions, the Thackeray faction is merely adopting a defensive stance. This is wrong.”
Expressing confidence regarding the upcoming elections in Vidarbha, the Revenue Minister said, “A victory for the Mahayuti in Vidarbha is certain. The condition of the Congress party has become dire.”
Bawankule also clearly addressed the allegations regarding money made by Sanjay Raut against the BJP. He stated, “The BJP does not induct MLAs into the party [indiscriminately]. Public representatives are making their own decisions for the sake of development. There are no financial transactions involved.”
Bawankule’s statements have sparked intense discussion within political circles. While Mahayuti leaders are currently actively campaigning in Vidarbha, the Thackeray faction has begun preparing a response to this criticism.
