Australia's playing-11 announced a day before the WTC final, return of a strong all-rounder after 15 months

WTC Final:- The final match of the World Test Championship i.e. WTC will start from June 11 at Lord's, in which there will be a fierce competition between Australia and South Africa. Both the teams have announced their playing XI a day before the historic final. South Africa was the first to announce its playing XI. Shortly after this, Australia also revealed the names of its 11 players.
Labuschagne will open for the first time
Marnus Labuschagne, who has been the number-1 batsman in Tests, will be seen opening the innings with experienced Usman Khawaja. Labuschagne used to play at number-3 before this. The responsibility of the middle order has been given to Steve Smith and Travis Head and wicketkeeper Alex Carey. All-rounder Cameron Green will play his first Test after back surgery, while Beau Webster has retained his place in the playing XI. Cameron Green played his last Test match against New Zealand in March last year. Since then he was away from the field due to injury.
Talking about bowling, captain Pat Cummins will be supported by Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc in the pace attack. Scott Boland has missed out on a place in the playing XI. Nathan Lyon is the only spellist spinner. The Australian team will have high expectations from Nathan at Lord's.
