Every municipal corporation in Konkan region should appoint an officer of the rank of Deputy Commissioner to maintain coordination for everything. All the elements should carry out their responsibility properly. As more than 20 lakh citizens are likely to attend, work very carefully. The chief minister gave instructions that special attention should be paid to the system of sanitation, drinking water and toilets.
The police should make proper arrangements for law and order, similarly the parking should be arranged, traffic wardens should also be involved in this arrangement along with the police, there is a possibility that thirty five to forty thousand vehicles will come to this place. Therefore, proper precautions should be taken in this regard as well, proper care should be taken so that people do not face any problem in coming to the venue of the program, said the Chief Minister.
