Eid joy instead of mourning; Due to post on social media, Aligarh dagdhat fake, police brought the situation under control
Aligarh: On the day of Eid-ul-Fitr, a fierce fight broke out between two groups of the Muslim community in Aligarh city of Uttar Pradesh. A young man's social media post was banal, condoling the death of Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei without celebrating Eid. Or the other young man responded by using abusive language. Due to this, a dispute broke out between the two parties and stone pelting started on the road.
About 6 people were injured in both the fighting and stone pelting. The injured include Nadeem, Haseena, Jamila, Yusuf, Bona and Mouseen alias Haji. Due to serious condition of Yusuf, he was admitted to the district hospital and JN Medical College.
